Avedis Abakelian, publisher of this website, is the data controller. You can reach me at info@abakelianavedis.com for anything relating to your personal data.
Contact form: when you send a message, the name, email address and message you provide are recorded. Nothing else is requested.
Audience measurement: each page view is counted along with the page address, the site that referred you, your language and whether you are on a mobile or desktop device.
Technical: the hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and troubleshooting.
This site uses no advertising trackers, no social media pixels and no third-party analytics service. Your IP address is not stored in the audience statistics, no profile is built about you, and nothing is shared with or sold to anyone.
Messages you send are used solely to reply to you and, where relevant, to carry out the work discussed. The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form, and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Audience statistics are aggregated and used only to understand how the site is found and used. The legal basis is legitimate interest, and the measurement is limited so that it does not require consent.
This site places one strictly necessary cookie, used to keep your session secure and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. It carries no advertising or tracking function, which is why no cookie banner is shown.
Contact messages are kept for up to three years after our last exchange, then deleted.
Audience statistics are kept for a maximum of thirteen months.
Data is stored on servers operated by Hostinger, the hosting provider for this site. Notification emails about your message are delivered through the same provider and to my email inbox. No other party has access.
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correct it, ask for it to be deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. Write to info@abakelianavedis.com and I will respond within one month.
If you believe your data is not handled properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
